He eventually made it to the World Series of Poker for the first time, where he won the $5,000 Deuce to Seven Draw event. For his efforts in this event, Freddy Deeb received well over $100,000. It is also worth mentioning that on his way to victory, he bested an impressive field of some of the most prolific and successful poker players.
