Scott FischmanScott Fischman dove onto the stage of professional poker when, during his debut year, he snatched two World Series of Poker bracelets in back to back tournaments in less than 3 days time. At age 24, he was the youngest player to hold two WSOP bracelets. Since then, he has shown time and time again that it was not beginners luck or some sort of fluke that landed him those bracelets.Born in Pennsylvania and raised in New Jersey, Fischman was not introduced to poker until he moved to Las Vegas in 1992. After being introduced to the game, Fischman was hooked and took advantage of every opportunity to play. When he turned 21, Fischman took a job at The Mirage as a dealer, but developed Rheumatoid Arthritis after only a year. This ailment forced him out of his current career as a dealer and into the player's seat. Fischman won the World Poker Tour Young Guns of Poker invitational at the Bellagio, winning a $25,000 seat in the 2005 World Poker Tour Championship. Fischman has been referred to by Rolling Stone magazine as "the Face of Gen P (Generation Poker)," and has been featured in numerous poker related magazines, which have assisted in his waltz to stardom.
