H.O.R.S.E. Event
Event #20 of the 2006 WSOP is the famous H.O.R.S.E. tournament. It begins Wednesday, July 12 at 4 P.M. at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. It is a 3 day event with a $50,000 buy-in. As the levels increase every 40 minutes so do the games (Limit Holdem, Omaha/8B, Razz, Stud and Stud/8B). All players begin with $50,000 in tournament chips and the house keeps 6% of the total entry pool. All levels will be played as Limit games until the final table which is No-Limit. Breaks are every 3 levels. This is the first year this event is being held.
