The 2007 World Series of Poker Event #21 is the infamous $5,000 buy-in No-Limit Texas Holdem tournament. We call it infamous because last year Phil 'Poker Brat' Hellmuth Jr. was the runner-up. All players begin with $10,000 in tournament chips and levels increas every 60 minutes. Breaks will be 15 minutes long every two levels.
