No-Limit Texas Holdem SHOOTOUT Tournament
Sunday, July 16 event #25 of the 2006 WSOP kicks off at 12 P.M. It is a No-Limit Texas Holdem Shootout tournament held at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. It is a 3 day event with a $2000 buy-in. All players begin with $2,000 in tournament chips. Tournament is capped at 100 tables (11 handed max). Play will continue on Day 1 until a winner is declared at each table. On Day 2 all players start with $20,000. 9% of the total entry pool is withheld.
