No-Limit 2-7 Draw Lowball with rebuys was event #38 of the 2006 WSOP. There was a $5000 buy-in with only 81 entries. The prize pool did manage to reach $1,164,048 but payouts went to the top 7 players only. Daniel Alaei from Las Vegas, Nevada won his first WSOP Gold Bracelet. David Williams was the runner-up. Men "The Master" Nguyen came in fourth , Greg "Fossilman" Raymer placed 5th and Allen Cunningham came in 6th.
