The Series will begin on June 1, 2007, and one of the most exciting events which is the famous $10,000 buy in main event final table will be held on July 17th. The winner of this table will become the new world champion of poker.
The announcement of the 38th annual World Series of Poker was great news to many. The world of poker suffered a serious set back according to some, which was the signing of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act. This law made it impossible for some people to continue enjoying poker the way that they had been in previous years. The announcement of the 2007 World Series of Poker Schedule was uplifting for many, working as a sign of stability within the community of those that enjoy the game.
